AMRFinderPlus database configuration error on Galaxy Europe

Subject: AMRFinderPlus database configuration error on Galaxy Europe

Hello,

I am using AMRFinderPlus on usegalaxy.eu with the AMRFinder database V4.2-2026-05-15.1.

Every job fails before the analysis starts with the following error:



*** ERROR ***
No valid AMRFinder database is found.
This directory (or symbolic link to directory) is not found:
/opt/galaxy/tool-data/shed/test-db

The executed command includes:



--database /opt/galaxy/tool-data/shed/test-db

I tested both a single FASTA file and a collection, with the same result.

Could you please check whether the AMRFinderPlus database path is correctly configured?

Yes, there was definitely something wrong with that path to the database.

I tried to fix it now, but it will need some time to take effect on the server. Please check again tomorrow, Monday, and report back here if things still don’t work.
