I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing an issue with two tools that are not available on the Galaxy ToolShed, and I would appreciate your guidance or assistance.
The specific tools in question are:
1. tpgreptool (version 1.1.1) -

2. tpreplacein_line (version 1.1.2) -
URL: toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/bgruening/textprocessing/tpreplaceinline/1.1.2
When I attempt to access these tools in the ToolShed, they appear unavailable. I need these tools for a project I’m working on, which involves significant text processing within Galaxy. Here’s what I’ve done so far: - Double-checked the URLs and searched the ToolShed for similar tools, but could not locate them. - Attempted to find alternative tools, but have not found suitable replacements that meet my needs. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows of current locations or alternatives for these tools, your input would be greatly appreciated.
