Hi,
I am running Ballgown on my local version of Galaxy with outputs from StringTie. While Running StringTie I had generated necessary output files for Ballgown. However while running Ballgown, I get the following error “cannot find ‘dataset’ while searching for ‘param_name.dataset.dataset’”. Ballgown crashes immediately with this error. I had installed version 2.2.0 of Ballgown.
Is there a way to overcome this error? Thanks for your help.
