Did the system cut back on the BBduk tool?? After the update just about everything is failing. I tried splitting my fasta to smaller size, but still not working.
On BBmap, has anything been done on memory??? I have wanted to use it for Host removal with the Human hg38 that’s in the list. Whatever system settings are, it doesn’t allow me to use the hg38 reference.
