Bowtie2 and BWA aligners

For Bowtie2, open up the Select analysis mode menu and choose Full parameter list.

For BWA, open up the Select analysis mode menu and choose 2. Full list of options.

Both has all the parameters available. This looks like it is similar to the other app.
