Is there a way to calculate the time consumed/needed when running a tool?
Hi @Manuel-DominguezCBG, for completed jobs users can check information in info panel (click on dataset name, click on info icon). Some tools put run time into log files. I am not aware about any option that allow estimation of run time for an active job through Galaxy interface, at least not for a user, assuming standard Galaxy setup.
