I’m setting up CloudMan for the first time because I tried running VCF-VCFTools on usegalaxy.org and it said “This job was terminated because it used more memory than it was allocated”. What is the appropriate “Virtual Hardware” to choose when setting up CloudMan so that it has more computing power than usegalaxy.org? Thanks.
This is highly dependent on the input dataset. You will need to determine your requirements based on the VCFTools documentation.
