I am using galaxy.org and I am searching the tool: CollectHsMetrics (Picard). I don’t find it.
How can I make it appear into the tool list?

This picard tool hasn’t been wrapped for Galaxy, or if it has by someone, it wasn’t published to the ToolShed.
Requests to wrap tools can be submitted to the IUC here: https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/issues
