Compute quality statistics: render HTML with the server AllowList

I am trying to get the FASTQ Quality statistics in the HTML format.

However the output I alwasy get is text format and pgn.

Any has a suggestion ?

Welcome @vichetra_sam

The tool likely needs to be added to the server’s AllowList. This is an administrative permission to allow the rendering of HTML content.

If you are working at a public Galaxy server, I can help to apply the administrative change or to reach out to the administrators that can!

  • Which server are you working at? You can capture the URL at the top of your browser window and paste that back here.
  • Which exact tool and version? If you could also copy and paste back the full tool name and version, that would be helpful! Find this at the top of the tool form.

If this is your server…

  1. Log into your administrative account, and go into the Admin section of the left Activity bar → Tool Panel, to the Manage AllowList section.
  2. Toggle tools to be allowed to render HTML or not!
