Is there a Galaxy tool that will convert the SGB-based Metaphlan output to a GTDB taxonomy profile? I’ve copied the script below that would be used - $ sgb_to_gtdb_profile.py -i metaphlan_output.txt -o metaphlan_output_gtdb.txt Thanks!
