Datasets taking too long to load

Hello!
I have been using Galaxy France with the DADA2 tool all week, and it is taking too much time to load the files and to run jobs. They stay on the grey mode (waiting to run) much more time than before. I check and my internet connection is working well, so I don’t know if there is an issue with the server or with the tools’ memory.
I really appreciate if you could help me with this.
