Hello,
I wanted to change data types. I could do it for first two files - and it worked well, but the rest of the files somehow still running “meta-data is being detected”. It is almost 24h.
The files are very similar.
Please, where could be a problem? or can I somehow kill it and start again - without deleting or downloading/uploading files?
I usegalaxy.eu (admin corrected format)

The link you posted redirects to a commercial site mars_dot_com. Have you made a mistake and copied a partial address?
The best option is to share a history and post the link in reply, so, someone can check what is going on. Have you deleted the problematic files? Deleted files have a bin icon with an arrow pointing up. Users can restore deleted data. If you purged deleted datasets, upload the data again.

thank you very much for your reply (I sent you DM, but it not actual anymore). 
I just write follow up, if someone have similar strugle:
I did not delete anything and let it run (orange).
Two files finished ok (green) and one failed (red).
I change data type in the failed (red) file again and it finished green withing a few minutes.
I ran the rest of the files and they finished ok (green) - in more or less the same amount of time. It takes longer time than usually, but it is fine.
