I’m trying to run the DeepARG tool in Galaxy, but the form won’t allow me to continue because the required “DeepARG database” field doesn’t display any available options. This prevents the analysis from running, as a database can’t be selected.
I’ve tried uploading several properly formatted FASTA files, but the problem persists. I would appreciate it if you could verify if the tool is working correctly or if the database configuration is missing in the current environment.
@joanfel_terrero brief update: installation of your reference data is currently ongoing (had to fix another issue first to allow that). If nothing else goes wrong now, you might be able to run your tool tomorrow, finally.
