not sure if this is the right place to bring up this issue. the galaxy project depot for singularity images used to have the following images:
- bioconductor-tximeta:1.20.1–r43hdfd78af_0
- bioconductor-tximeta:1.20.1–r43hdfd78af_1
and probably in the last week or so the _0 was dropped, and only the latter persisted and should generally be the same but has different checksums. on quay dot io (won’t let me add the link), we see that both containers still exist. to me it seems like a mirror gap rather than an intentional deprecation. is this the right place to raise this issue? In theory, we can change the image tag, but situations like these incur a lot of CI testing on our end and it would be good to know if there’s a better solution.
