When ENA retired their old site on August 5th, the new site the EBI SRA tool links to doesn’t have links for every SRR that automatically loads the files into your Galaxy history. Now the only way to download is directly onto your computer. Does anyone know if there is a way on this new site to download files directly into Galaxy or if there are plans to reinstate that feature?
