Error on Apollo for the **Create or Update Organism** tool

I am doing the hands-on for the Refining Genome Annotations with Apollo (prokaryotes). I successfully used the Jbrowse, and now I am trying to Import to Apollo using the Create or Update Organism tool it fails, and the error message is: Job Message 1:
