Is there something wrong with Galaxy? Today, regardless of the tools I try to use, they either show an error or are not processing.
Could anyone help me?

Yes, there was a short window this morning where one of our clusters dropped offline. This was corrected a few hours ago.
Please try a rerun now and let us know if things are resolved for you as well!
