Error when building Build the BWA index

I’m using a local galaxy server. In order to get access to in-built data, I used data managers (fetch reference genome data manager). But when I run the BWA index builder, it gives an error.
TypeError: a bytes-like object is required, not ‘str’

How to overcome this?
