I am doing the Genomic Data Visualisation with JBrowse tutorial on usegalaxy.eu.
When doing the last part “Blast results” I get an error message when trying to visualise the swissprot track.
“An error was encountered when displaying this track”
“Diagnostic message: error: Too much data. Chunk size 1.204.985 bytes exceeds chunkSizeLimit of 1.000.000”
Why is this happening, when I follow the steps in the tutorial? What can I do?
