I am encountering an issue with MetaPhlAn while processing my metagenomic data.
I tried following the tutorial using the reference dataset provided, but I encountered the same problem. A fatal error occurs, stating that the mpa_pkl file cannot be found.
Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue and suggest a possible solution?
