I am trying to connect to the Galaxy Indiana ftp server through the address xgalaxy.ncgas-trinity-dev.indiana.edu with the email of the account and its respective password. But it fails to connect with a ETIMEDOUT error. I tried with FTP and SFTP using FileZilla
