Hi,

I am using Windows10 and trying to upload some bam.files to Galaxy Australia FTP using fileZilla.
I have been following the steps according to the tutorial video from this site: Galaxy FTP Upload - Galaxy Community Hub

However, I always end up getting the following error messages:
Error:|Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity|
Error:|Could not connect to server|

Anyone know how to fix it ?

Hi, upload by ftp is not available at Galaxy Australia for some time. Files in GB range can be uploaded using web interface. Alternatively, upload files using URLs. Australian users can import data from CloudStor.
