Hello Team,
I am facing multiple issues on the Galaxy server:
- BAM file generated from HISAT2 is not opening in IGV, gives “No such file or directory” error
- featureCounts is not recognizing the BAM output
- Galaxy server is showing “Galaxy could not be reached” error
I have attached screenshots. Kindly help me resolve this issue as it’s part of my academic project.

Whenever I open galaxy, it says ‘Galaxy could not be reached.’ What might be the problem? I am new to galaxy and can not really understand.
UseGalaxy.org is currently down due to an infrastructure problem - we are working on a fix and will restore it to service as soon as possible. I expect this will occur some time after 14:00 UTC on Friday, April 25. Sorry for the inconvenience.
