Galaxy Web Interface Shows Black Screen After Login – Need Help

It sounds like the server isn’t actually running, or there is a problem with the connection between your server and the browser. Your server logs might have details.

We have guides and tutorials here. I would start with comparing what you did with the initial set up steps versus what we recommend. Another option is to switch to the Docker Galaxy version since so much is automatically set up for you.
