Hi, were you able to solve this using the aforementioned solution. When I had done so it did not work.
Welcome @Darshan_Singh
Are you getting the same error? With the tool reporting that the input was not “a multiple of 3 in length”? This means the input need to be pre-processed more. The tool is translating into codons during processing and will report an error is that isn’t exact.
The other person seemed to be inputting a genome fasta yet this tool is expecting a transcriptome fasta (limited to protein coding CDS regions – meaning, no 5’ or 3’ regions).
This tool is a bit special in that it is only hosted at one server: https://galaxy.pasteur.fr/. The server’s scientists currently offer support via email instead of at this forum. This is the server contact card at the Galaxy Hub:
It is hard to guess more and we wouldn’t be able to help with the details here, especially if the tool has some bug. Please try reaching out at the support email and let us know how this turns out! It would be very nice of you to leave some of the extra tips here for the next person who runs into this same problem. You can include a link to this topic for some context, and to invite them to post back here directly, too. ![]()
