I like to use the tool, but it requires a database. While ofher have asked about this (and there was some solution), currently no database is available.
The option says the following:

GTDB-Tk database * required
No options available.
This version of GTDB-Tk requires GTDB version 226. Please contact your service administrator if this version is not available to select.

Dear Jennaj, while this works, it uses database v220 from 2024. The newest database is v226. Since classification moves fast in science, I assume many would be happy to have a newer database version available. Best, Cycle
