Please, add an appropriate server tag to the request or add info about the server you use into the request or reply.
Some public Galaxy servers provide info on server load. For example, on Galaxy Europe scroll down to a grey box and click at “See the statistics”. If the server load is very high, some jobs may stay in queue for long time, depending on a tool and size of input data.
Note that sometimes Galaxy does not update a history. Click at Galaxy icon in the top left corner to refresh the screen and update jobs status.
