In general, you can adjust the predictions using advanced options: click into all sections of the tool form to expand and reveal these. What each do is described lower down on the tool form in the Help section. There isn’t a Galaxy tutorial that happens to include this tool, so see the original author help. Most if not all options seem to be available in Galaxy.
