Hi @gangothri_selvarajan,
after selecting the items, you should download the accession lists:

Then you should upload this file to Galaxy. Finally, in the Download and Extract Reads in BAM tool, select input type: list of SRA accessions, and the file that you have just updated. However, your selection exceeds the 250gb Galaxy quote.

Hi ,
I tried the same steps as you mentioned but I finally got this error I dont know why?
I tried to reduce the number of runs in selection but still not getting the result.
