@igor is correct! The problem is likely that you created a new account @Dhruvi_Joshi at a different public Galaxy server, and your original account was somewhere else. If you cannot run queries, you likely still need to confirm the new account (if you want to work at this server too).
We have many topics here with more details under account with this one explaining how to check where the original account was.
