Right now, Lefse tool in Eu server has the .mothur input format (I have my input in tabular format).
Would it possible to add Lefse tool for tabular inputs as it is in biobakery galaxy website which is currently unavailable for using.
what other methods are available to generate cladograms?
Unfortunately, the version of LefSe that the galaxy-huttenhower server hosts was created by them, and was only ever only hosted by them. The Mothur version is what we have.
For alternatives, Tools → Krona pie chart is a direct graphic option and accepts tabular data.
