Would it be possible to install the metabarcoding tool FROGS on my Galaxy.eu session please?

My dataset exceeds the 100 GB quota, which prevents me from working on it directly on metabarcoding.usegalaxy.fr.

The FROGs tools is a bit special due to licensing reasons and cannot be hosted at the other public Galaxy servers for now.

Things to try

Only load the data necessary for the current task?

The UseGalaxy.fr servers offer several cloud data provider connection choices. These include options like Dropbox and Zenodo. Go into your User → Preferences → Manage Information view to see the available choices at this server. More is at the top of this guide.

If you data isn’t in the cloud yet, you could stage your work at a different public Galaxy server while you work out a longer term data plan. How to move data between servers

And, you can request more short terms data storage space.

The France server offers 100 GB of short term data storage space for analytical work. In special cases, they may be able to offer more for a limited time period. You will need to contact them directly to make the request.
