Hello, i recently installed galaxy BRIDGE, with the ultimate aim of using it for CHARMM and namd and following this tutorial. However, i really can’t figure out how to install CHARMM to my local instance of galaxy.
I am running this on windows using a DOCKER.
I am quite new to all this and would appreciate any advice or guidance with this. My ultimate aim is to just use galaxy for so Molecular dynamic simulations.
