I am using the Workflow Run RO-Crate export feature of galaxy to ingest workflow invocations in our internal data-management system (LabID).
I would like to also save the link to these invocations together with the data, such as <instance URL>/workflows/invocations/eae06f3465a746af
However, this information does not seem to be saved in the crate (i.e instance URL and invocation ID).
Is it something that has been considered maybe ? I know it’s only valuable for the person who actually ran the workflow since it points to an invocation from an authenticated user, but still it could be valuable to keep track of the provenance.
