Hello, I can’t get a step to run on W4M. Is the site under maintenance?

I was just able to run a simple Text Manipulation tool quickly.

Also, I don’t see any topics at the dedicated support forum about a problem yet. People are asking about protocol, not reporting job delays.
It is possible that your jobs are just queuing eg queued-gray-datasets . This is normal at any public server since each are using distributed academic clusters. Simple tools run quicker since the nodes turn over for new jobs quicker – then the longer running jobs execute on the high compute nodes that turn over slower. The resources are significant, but so is the demand! 
Are you running one of their workflows? Maybe check the Activity bar → Workflow Invocation view. You should be able to see the tools involved. And, if you are running multiple workflows at the same time, one might be running and the other is waiting.
If you think more is going on, you could to post to their forum and ask. English is Ok and actually preferred!
