Bowtie2 isn’t working. I tried using a normal workflow, and it immediately turns red. So I tried making a new workflow with newest version, still turns red without running.

I am facing the same issue with both bowtie2 and megahit while trying to run the tools on a zipped collection, which i thought might be the issue but as far as i can see, the input file formats should work. any assistance greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the inconvenient. We have done some changes that had some unexpected repercussions.
You should be able to run jobs now (:
