Hello,
So I am trying to get my Jupyter environment setup on galaxy. I followed the steps here: https://docs.galaxyproject.org/en/master/admin/interactive_environments.html#configuring-the-proxy
and here: Interactive Environments — Galaxy Project 23.1.1.dev0 documentation in order to get this working. I am trying to load a .txt file as my data set (it’s just one line long). However, I am getting an error as follows:
“It is taking an usually long time to connect to the interactive environment. Attempts will continue but you may want to report this condition to a Galaxy administrator if it does not succeed soon.”
I’m not sure why this is happening. I’ve played around with a few of the parameters in galaxy.yml and reinstalled my node version as I was getting an error about that in my log file but none of that seems to have changed much. The IE is still not responding. Your help with this is appreciated! Thanks a lot!
