We had some reports of delays when starting up interactive tools earlier this week, and I could reproduce it as could some others. Those discussions were about Rstudio but Jupyter works in a similar way.
What to do:
- Only have one interactive environment launched at a time.
- You might need to let the job queue. When it turns yellow, you can use it.
- This resolved in less than a day for me and others.
