Is Kraken2 not working now?? I started some jobs yesterday running on the GTDB database, which often runs very quickly. After 1 day, nothing even started. I deleted these and trying again, but doesn’t appear to be starting.

We can ask the UseGalaxy.org.au team if there is anything special going on with the server queue. Hi @igor, do you know? The server itself seems to be up at https://status.galaxyproject.org/
Meanwhile, for your jobs themselves, did all of these fail or just remain queued? If queued, I would suggest allowing those to stay queued this time. If you have failures, is there any message in the logs?

We are aware about long queue time for Kraken2 jobs. The server admins are looking into it for couple days now, but the cause of the issue is still unclear.
