We have a local installation v24.2. A user that has a list that is not deleted but the 162 hidden datasets in the list are in the purged state. Each dataset is still green. As an admin, I can click on the i icon to get the Full Path and see that the .dat files are still on the disk. Is there a way to change the purged state since the files are still on the disk?

Changing the state directly in the database may introduce problems, but you could try to recover the actual files as the administrator, then pass that data to the user to Upload again.
Visible/Hidden and Active/Deleted-Purged and Success/Queued/Executing/Failed are all independent groups of dataset states. Purged data has more applied that just removing the underlying data file from disk.
