The administrators who run this server host custom tools and their own dedicated support forum (and don’t track this one). Also, if there is this some current server-side issue, they will also know about the status.
I would suggest searching recent Q&A first to see if there is a known issue, then starting up a new topic if needed. I hope this works out!
