Hi this Namarig Elmalih, Second year graduate student in A&T university with Dr Perpetua Muganda. You’ve found errors in the MiRDeep2 quantifier and identifier tools in certain samples but not others. This my history link Galaxy [[image]](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/galaxy/original/2X/4/4b1ad41e78bad6a0a0e77f7cbb0c6f66b2835718.jpeg
and I have same issue happened to one of my student also his history link is

Hi @namarig

I just took a deep dive look at your data, and replied in your original thread. Let’s keep the conversation there.

In short, I think this is a scientific problem so far, not a technical problem. If you have other samples with the same scientific inputs (cross comparisons between a human tumor sample, and a virus), and some “work” and others don’t, that could be the data itself, or it could be a “result”.

Consolidating into Mirdeeper2 quantifier and Mirdeeper identication tools does not work(get errors - #4 by jennaj
