I have successfully created a repo on the testtoolshed and I guess my next step is to create it on the (main)toolshed. Following the instructions here: Publishing to the Tool Shed — Planemo 0.75.31.dev0 documentation
Can someone explain why I get the following errror?
(planemo_venv) (base) M1P~/git/pcstudio_shed$ planemo shed_create --shed_target toolshed
Could not update physicell_studio
Failed to find repository for owner/name rheiland/physicell_studio
Failed to find category InteractiveTools
I have generated different keys in my ~/.planemo.yml for toolshed and testtoolshed entries. And I only provide the “key” for each, not “email/password” (they are commented out). I assume this is the correct approach?
I’m also confused by the different interfaces for the toolshed and testtoolshed (see different URLs) - attached. I’m a little concerned that my duplicate “rheiland” accounts on the testtoolshed (as I reported elsewhere) may be causing some confusion (with different emails, but presumably the “API keys” avoid that confusion).
