Restore accidentally deleted UseGalaxy.org account

Remember that you have an extra 1 Tb of working space! This topic from a few days ago has a short outline for recommendations to reorganize work that is going over the default quota. Maybe helps?

You can check under User → Preferences → Storage Dashboard

Your default storage location is the 250 Gb of permanent disk space. However, you also have a 1 Tb allocation of temporary working space at UseGalaxy.org!

It is common to place the starting raw data into the temporary space, and to write intermediate workflow outputs there too! Then the final output data is commonly written into the permanent space since this is what you will be exploring over time.

What to do if this is true

1. Move some of your data into the 1 Tb allocation. You can do this in batches or one-by-one per file. → Bulk Dataset Storage Migration
