Run Tool button is not working

hi im using tool FALCO but when i click the button Run Tool its not working i dont get any respond or results.

Welcome @Doctor_Geller

Is this still happening?

Are you given the confirmation at the end? These are in green boxes on the next view in the center panel, replacing the tool form. If yes, you can use the refresh icon near the top of the history panel to load up the newly launched jobs should these not display automatically quickly enough.

If the form never submits, do you notice a warning on the tool form about a missing input or parameter. These are in a blue highlighted block somewhere on the form and you might need to scroll down a bit to see it.

You are also welcome to share your history or some screenshots to explain more. Maybe reviewing the input datasets will allow us to help with making sure those are appropriate for this tool. Learning which server you are working at (URL at the top of the browser window) and the full tool name and version can also help (we can try to replicate the odd behavior).

Let’s start there and please let us know if you have this working already!

Hello, Thank you for your response and support. Here are the answers to your questions regarding the issue I am facing: 1. Is this still happening? Yes, the issue has been persisting for more than 24 hours. 2. Are you given the confirmation at the end? No, I never get the green confirmation box in the center panel. When I click the “Run Tool” button, the screen does not react at all, and the form never submits. No jobs are added to the history queue (it doesn’t even show up as gray or orange). 3. Is there a warning on the tool form about a missing input or parameter? No, there are no blue highlighted warning blocks or error messages anywhere on the tool form. All required parameters are selected properly. 4. Server URL and Tool Details: - Tool Names tried: Falco (Version 1.3.2+galaxy0), FastQC, and Trim Galore! - Input Dataset Size: The files are quite large (around 1.4 GB each). Additional notes: I have already tried switching browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), clearing cookies, using incognito mode, and even trying to launch it from a mobile device, but the “Run Tool” button remains completely unresponsive. Furthermore, when I tried to manually change the datatype of the datasets to “fastqsanger.gz” via the edit (pencil) icon, I received an “Unable to save dataset attributes” error. My classmates are able to run the same tools successfully, so this issue seems specific to my account or the state of these specific datasets in my history. Thank you for your help in resolving this!

i wanted to share my history but it appears im not allowed to share a link to the host

Hi,
what’s still missing is the info which server you are working on.

Cheers,
