TCRseq analysis

Hi,

I was wondering if it’s possible to analyse TCRseq (bulk and/or single cell) with Galaxy (.org or .eu). What are the tools I could use? Is there a tutorial?
I can’t find anything.

Hi @delphine,
according to this publication , this experimental method can use DNA or RNA as based-material; in addition, it can use mPCR or 5′ RACE-PCR; then, in order to provide you some guidelines, it would be necessary to know which experimental protocol has been used for obtaining the samples.
