Is it possible to install the icescreen tool at usegalaxy eu?
The tool is available on the toolshed:
- icescreen
- Identification of ICEs and IMEs in Bacillota genomes.

I found the repository here → Galaxy | Tool Shed but it looks like it still might be undergoing development work here → History for tools/icescreen - galaxyproject/tools-iuc · GitHub.
Let’s ask one of the developers working on this. Hi @bernt-matthias – would you be able to clarify if or when this tool would be deployed out to the public servers, and EU in particular? Thanks!

Great! It looks like your PR was merged and there is a note about the timing. So, check back sometime Monday or Tuesday and it should be in the tool panel at the EU server. If you notice anything odd, you can let us know here or in the PR again as a followup. Thanks!!
The other one will be reviewed the same way as the admins have time to review (they see it automatically).
