I am using rmsd_bio3d. Lately, after i upload my pdb file, there’s mark (unavailable) in my pdb file. can someone describe why my pdb is unavailable. becauise if i am using pdb file from rcsb there’s no problem

It may be that Galaxy does not recognize your pdb file. Does the dataset show ‘format: pdb’? If not, try manually changing the datatype, by clicking on the pencil icon.
