Does anyone have any experience with an error whereby Unipept’s pept2prot function runs successfully (i.e. it turns green) but when you click on your output in your history it displays as “0 lines” and only shows a preview of the first protein sequence.
I am running version 4.5.0 pept2prot with default settings and this seems to happen whether the input is fasta or tabular. I have successfully run this tool before but this seems to happen every attempt at running the tool over the past few days.
Any help appreciated.
