Hello, I saw on some topics that I’m not the only one who have an error message, here by using DESEQ2 or featureCounts, or HISAT2… The message is the next one : ?[33mWARNING:?[0m Could not lookup the current user’s information: user: unknown userid 819800 Some help ? Thanks a lot
